Keep me posted as I run at least a couple of them each and every weekend, with the odd 'all three-er' thrown in.
If you're looking for an alternative, running a 'lap' of Kingsdale out of Ingleton is an equivalent distance (up one side of the waterfall walk/drop into Kingsdale/up Gragereth/Great Coum/Dent/Whernside ridge 'full on top to bottom'/down one side of waterfall walk) and makes for a fantastic change. Unfortunately it probably isn't quite so much climb but, on the positive side, Kingsdale is quite possibly the most beautiful and unspoilt valley in the Dales
