The gala committee have acted on feedback from last year. For future years reference, registration closes at 14:45, junior races start at 15:00 with races running back to back. Under 17s start about 5 mins before the seniors and this year seniors were just before 16:00. They stopped the fun races to keep the fell races on time.
May clash with reeth from now on though, which is a shame.
Anyone know if it's on?

It was on this afternoon! First time I've done it - good local fun. Low turnout of only about 40 seniors. Plenty of fast kids. Antonio graced us with his presence, but I'd got bored and cold before he finished so I went home.
Tough little race this one, a local fave of mine.
