after getting back in to cross country runnning 2 years ago and i love mountain walking.I thought fell running would be a good idea (god knows why ! ) for my 1st one i was thinking of Shelf Moor in 2 weeks,Any tips ? Ive got some light weight fell trainners,Whistle,Ron hill pants,hat and gloves.What jacket would be best a windproof shell or waterproof ? as i dont really wanna buy 2.Cracking website this by the way.
