    You lot are too good at these BOFRA races i need my moments of glory too. Nothing will ever happen no matter how reasonable the suggestion as Lecky doesnt read the forum or reply to emails. The bloke does a lot for junior running though but it would still be nice to have a nbit of a say

    are you going up to wasdale to do the kirk fell race then TT ?

    Yep 10th October. Train to Windermere and then see how i can get there

    Downhill on road? that'd be too easy haha. And yeh im re-gaining confidence after my last fall. And i enjoy the steep climbs more than the decending

    I like steep climbs cos people dont pull away as much. I have recurrent ankle sprains and am nearly 6 weeks since my last twist so its going ok.
    What do you reckon about a winter champs as the kwl is pretty popular. And you might get more schools interested as it is cross country season

    Im not sure, they are good to do, but i would only do a select few races if there was.
