If you dont mind me asking what sort of races would i use the F Lite for exactly, Is it a shoe for footpaths and tracks or wet rock. I take it its unsuitable for lakeland running but what about Snowdonia. Elidir Fawr etc.

We origanally designed it for those European Mountain races that folks would run in heavily cushioned road shoes.
What we wanted was an ultra light, low profile shoe with a 2 cushion midsole similar to our fell shoes but with a sticky rubber outsole.
I would recomend this as a minimalist racing flat, road shoe or off road on rocky paths.
I now use this minus the footbed as my everyday work shoe or for road runs when im away on business.
