    Hate mornings as it is without having to think about running too. I usually run early evening and dont eat until after the kids are in bed. This usually means around 9.00pm and then a couple of glasses of wine on top. No sleep issues here

    I think that most of us who work full time day time hours are in the same boat. I tend to eat late although never really thought of it affecting sleep, other than not being in bed for long enough
    I only run so I can eat cake Oh...and drink cider
