pre BG dinner trot out?

Is any one going to BG diner and doing a trot out beforehand or next day? I 'm not too familiar with that side of lakes nor Howgills so wouldnt mind teaming up if anyone has ideas?

It is the Langdale Horseshoe on the Saturday so there will be a few tired limbs at the Dinner.

However, you should never underestimate the reviving qualities of serious amounts of beer so I'm sure there will be some takers for a Sunday run.

Just received my confirmation letter so see you there. Doubt I'll be going for pick-me-up run on Sunday though, restorative powers of beer or otherwise.

I'm sure there will be a Dark Peak run the day after, although mileage may be inversely proportional to beer consumed.

decided to camp in Shap at New Ing Lodge. Should leave a bit more money for spending on beer.
