    Wobble boards

Seem to remember a recommendation a few months ago for wobble boards. Search function doesn't work on my mobile so can anyone help please? I'm sat with a bag of frozen peas on a sore and swollen turned ankle and think some strengthening will be in order when I can

I have a wobble cushion but you can doit by standing on a towel with your eyes closed and just to make it really tricky try to brush your teeth at the same time

Ice and ibuprofen for 48 hours, well not continuously, obviously... then start some ran ge of movement stuff if it feels better. PM me if you want to know the exercises...

I definitely recommend a wobble board as part fo a fell runner's training regime...
