For some reason, I've signed up for this Ultra marathon up in Scotland with no prior experience in this field. Over the next 8 months I intend to increase my fell and off road running to get to a standard to at least hopefully complete the challenge! As I am kinda going into this blind, I was wondering whether anyone had any training or equipment tips for this 6 day challenge? I've already received some brilliant advice from one keen runner, but, at this stage, the more the merrier! Over to you!
