Its easy - you just have to fast during daylight for a whole month beforehand !


The worst month possible for schoolkids this year - plenty of daylight, so they really suffer at school. Next year it will be in August so they will be able to sleep in for half the day & thus suffer less ! In 2012 it will be in June - great if you are sitting GCSE's (not!)
