    £2-50 a pair from Decathlon will do for me!

    Try the Kalenji Run50. 3 pairs for £2.95 last time I was in Decathlon.

    I hear the fit is 1/2 a size small....anyone advise please ?

    Not to my knowledge and i wore them for a fair bit of track and xc.
    Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before

    Bought some Nike XC Waffle's

    £29.99 (grey) in size 9..which is the same size as my X-talons/Road shoe and they are 'Snug' even with just a thin pair of socks on

    thought about the kilkenny's..but also saw Dominions comment about how he ... i mean they got sucked off during a race

    might enter that league myself...sounds interesting

    got the Kilkenny's...disco slipper red n sliver....did have to go 11 from norm 10.5 ino's etc

    nice fluid feel whilst running straight outa box n into 1st xc race of season

    fell on my ar@se on the second lap...off camber very wet grass

    calves a screaming on the third

    finished a bit higher than usual

    Nike XC from sportsshoes.com £19.95 great fit same size as my road shoes and mudclaws. Quie narrow and I use the decathlon run 400 socks whick are v thin and cheap. Changed the std spikes for 15mm though after a few slips on the first race in them.
