I reckon they are about as flippin brilliant as an XC sock could be
And they are pretty colours too!
Do what you like, like what you do
I'm on the verge of ordering some Saucony Killkenny
I hear the fit is 1/2 a size small....anyone advise please ?
thanks
Bought some Nike XC Waffle's
£29.99 (grey) in size 9..which is the same size as my X-talons/Road shoe and they are 'Snug' even with just a thin pair of socks on
thought about the kilkenny's..but also saw Dominions comment about how he ... i mean they got sucked off during a race
might enter that league myself...sounds interesting
Entry form for the race in question is here,
http://www.birminghamccleague.co.uk/
got the Kilkenny's...disco slipper red n sliver....did have to go 11 from norm 10.5 ino's etc
nice fluid feel whilst running straight outa box n into 1st xc race of season
fell on my ar@se on the second lap...off camber very wet grass
calves a screaming on the third
finished a bit higher than usual
Nike XC from sportsshoes.com £19.95 great fit same size as my road shoes and mudclaws. Quie narrow and I use the decathlon run 400 socks whick are v thin and cheap. Changed the std spikes for 15mm though after a few slips on the first race in them.
