    Sounds great but I'm not consistant or organised enough to log anything. After a week I'm back to training willy nilly ha ha! Look forward to hearing of ur successes!

    Sounds remarkably like my poor attempts at regular training, anyway going to give this one a good go. Did my first attempt tonight:
    Squats 230 which surprised me a lot, going to suffer tomorrow!
    Push ups 33
    Sit ups 179
    Pull ups 6

    Seems like my legs are in better shape than my upper body.

    Did them one after the other this evening. Didn't really take all that long, probably around 20 minutes. The squats did take longer than anything else.

    Going to try and work at them a couple of times a week and then see how much of an improvement I can make in 6 weeks.

    Will have a go at this tomorrow, squats and sit ups will be ok, press ups and pull ups we will see. 2hr run to do first though!!
