    93 total on first day week 4. Legs hurt, possibly due to two short races in last two days

    Relented on the squats due to knee, but looking to kick them back in next week!

    Still going strong on the press-ups though

    Did 80 without a break in this morning's end of week 4 max test.
    Week 5 looks like a whole new world of pain with bigger sets and more of them . Encouraging thing is today's 80 would have got me through the end of week 5 max test
