    Hi there

Thanks for this, as a complete novice who is training for her first "proper" fell race in Dec i found this both helpful and entertaining!...i am just wishing that I was 20 years younger so that I could run like those little uns who make it look effortless! Never mind, I have a feeling tho that no matter how poor i will be I may be hooked...just a couple of training runs so far makes my road runs seem so tedious its unreal!

    onwards and upwards...

thinking of doing simonside cairns (northumberland) if my knees can hack it! i ran a marathon end of may and had quite bad knees afterwards so will just have to wait and see how i fare but at the mo enjoying the training at least and knees not bad!
