    breidden hills

    anybody know the start time of the junior races
    Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before

    these are the details I've seen, looks like 10.30am for juniors then 11.00am for seniors

    SUN.OCT 11. BREIDDEN HILLS. AM. 11.00 a.m. 7m/2300' from Criggion
    Village Hall, Criggion, (GR 296149 on OS 126). LK/PM. Over 18.
    Records: 50.38 M. James 2006; f. 57.49 P.Gibb 1999. Junior race: over
    10, 2m/350', 10.30 a.m. No safety pins. Refreshments available.

    some excellent photos, especially because I don't look as bad as I actually felt at that time!

    was that you picking up a prize of a bar of chocolate Tom? Congrats

    My frist race in six weeks, thoroughly tough, but thoroughly enjoyable. Definitely one to keep on my calendar.

    Yep i had a good run after the second hill. really picked up coming through the woods. Only 2 minutes behind my arch-nemesis who usually has about 1 minute per mile on me

    Yep that was me, The organiser let me run the seniors
