At BMF last night, instructor told us we had to do a hundred of: starting off with burpees until you paused / took a breath / wanted to move on, then into squat thrusts - likewise, then press-ups, likewise - up to a hundred in total. So people were doing 40 burpees, 40 squat thrusts, 20 press-ups, whatever.
