    Sunday races ...

does anyone else groan a bit when they see a race they want to do is on a sunday?

Maybe it's because I'm not married with kids, but I like a night out of a weekend, a few ales maybe y'know?

I'm quite happy to give up my Friday night out, but Saturday as well?

Also, I don't want to finish a race and immediately have that 'oh christ antiques roadshow's on I've not finished my homework' feeling.

    Just a thought.

it's a bit daft I know, but I just like that feeling of having done the hard work and still having time left for a bit of relaxation before work starts again ...

sure there's lots of good reasons to have races on sunday morning though ... (puts thinking cap on ...)
