    I seem to recall it being songs of praise" and "family fortunes" that gave me the sense of nameless dread only attributeable to sunday nights ...

    surely you can go out on the lash on Friday night (it's carb-loading after all) and race on a Sunday?

    or head for Wales, most of their races are on a Saturday

    Zoot did you do your essential friday night preparation for sunday?....ie "lash??????"....if so how is the heeeeeeeed ?
