    Angry A day without coffee

Having spent most of my drive to work this morning dying for a coffee I didn't think this was such a good thing so decided to have the rest of the week off the stuff!
My gawd never thought it would be this tough!

I've had a headache most of the morning (now going) but haven't been able to stay awake at all and generally feel lousy, tired with no motivation!

Anyone else tried it or want to join...I swear its fun!

    Zzzzzzzz

I tend to go for herbal teas when at work. Satisfies the need to get up from my desk and make a hot drink, but without the caffeine addiction issue.
You'll get over it in a couple of days. Stay busy and you'll stay awake anyway!

this doesn't sound like fun to me! Very odd calf, very odd!

I might have no coffee today -but then I don't really drink it that much anyway, so will I get the same effect or not?????

No idea Hill, seemed like a good idea this morning!

I usually get thru about 7-8 a day so this has come as a bit of shock to the old system.
Goes to show I was a little hooked thou if I feel as bad as I do so probably a good thing I had a go. Hopefully will be a bit better tomorrow!
Strangely I hardly drink the stuff at the weekend!

When I gave up coffee I had a headache for a week - it got worse as the week went on btw!!

Anyway the absternation (sp?) didn't last but I do restrict myself to a large coffee in the morning then 1 mid afternoon.

Lol good un mud. I know Sir Ran Fiennes doesn't drink coffee for weeks before his marathon treks then has it to gain full effect of caffeine to keep him awake
Anything Sir Ran does can't be all bad.
