    Pendle from south Manchester

I'll be staying in Chorlton on the Friday night - is there anyone from or near the area driving up to Pendle?

If nothing forthcoming, if you can get into central Manchester and get the X43 to Burnley/Nelson, I can give you a lift from there.

But I'm sure some kind soul can oblige.

I'm driving back from Chorlton about 4pm tomorrow to about 3-4 miles away from Pendle.

Sorry, I assumed this was for the FTOP? If not, I can't help I'm afraid.

Reading it again, I think your right SS. I may have mis-interpreted it for tonight

thing is I can get a lift from Bury, but wondering how I can get from Chorlton to there at that time in the morning - 8am or so ... Tram maybe?

    Erm to Bury not sure.

If you get the 86/85 from Chorlton that will take you to Piccadilly, then surely there will be a bus to Bury from there.

If your lift doesn't work out, then the X43/X44 express bus will get you from Chorlton St bus station to Nelson or Burnley respectively. Earliest arrival in Nelson is 8:52 on a Saturday. P71 service would get you from Nelson to Barley for 9:51.

Alternatively, if you get into Nelson I can pick you up and it's 10 mins to Pendle.
