    Bed was too warm and cosy this morning so didn't start until 10ish.

    As I was only walking and the weather forecast wasn't good I ended up wearing far too much - felt like Scott of the Antarctic! The route was far more sheltered than I expected - next time I'll check the map beforehand. For most of the time my coat was wetter on the inside than the out.

    Only did the short course since I'd started late. Course seems worryingly fast for a slow plodder like me.

    So then....who is definately up for this?
    I've not been to this area before at all, it's quite a drive from home too.
    I got my map through the post today so just having a look at the route now.
    Got to find the Community centre first tho!
