Hi Marshy welcome to the Forum
i always just throw it all in a box in back of car then if weather conditions change or the RO just wants to ensure we are all safe (inc him/her) then he/she will put a note up at reg -=---- it is an AS so rules say we need a certain amount of kit

Wow, great race. I'm on holiday in the lakes so ran this one on spec and had a great time. Thanks Ben, and good to see Amex around the half way point.

Just want to say cheers to the Ambliside AC for another top mid week event.

It was fun being in the chippy afterwards with other fellow runners Chatting about the race and a new course record? Love this decent.

Congratulations to Carl for breaking the record and well done Amex on your 2nd Lakeland race in the week...fantastic. The prize giving was brilliant, basically anybody who stayed received a prize...can I love this sport anymore?
