Anyone know if Loughrigg straight up and down race is on again this year? Bring on the cakes from last year! Its the only way I will get to run such a short race.

Did this race last year and it was a very easy route to follow . Up and back, but make sure you keep an eye out for the fast gazelles who are bombing back down when you have your head down going up!
No real need for compass, map etc unless stipulated by organisers. Grand cakes at the end!!
