    Just wondering, is the report not a mixture of last years and this years race as it seems to include people who ran last year but not this year? The sentiment though remains a great early spring event. Thanks for organising this and the juniors too.

    For those of you who are undecided about whether to come along to this race... I have a garage stacked with bottles of wine, beers, Easter eggs, chocolates, flapjacks and Champagne. Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne for the men's and ladies' winners. (The garage is locked.) There's a smashing shield for the winners too...

    It's an awesome race from the park - straight up onto Loughrigg, which was part of the English Champs route (Loughrigg Silver Howe). Out and back.

    Only £3 to enter, with plenty of prizes...

    See you there!
