    Today's sick in the mouth

Well it was last night actually

My partner brought home a tub of green olives , which I ate loads of before the club run which turned out to be hard and hilly.

I re ate them several times during the run and felt poorly.

I particularly like it when regurgitating king prawn curry as it is my favourite and it gives me something tasty to eat on the following mornings run .
