my pleasure to give TurboTom a lift today - a much misunderstood young man! - I'll let him explain how he came to DNF a road race

I managed to improve my PB by 2mins to 1:25:53 - would've liked to've done a bit better and at least crack 1:25, but can't complain really

already put it behind me mate. no point in dwelling on bad times....just resting my knee
