DQ for no mandatory kit?

I cant believe there is anyone on here who would vote no I would go for automatic DQ and naming and shaming in the Fellrunner magazine

I'm another in agreement, after all those who break the rules in other (admittedly much higher-profile) sports are named and shamed so why not in fellrunning?
