I was watching Deal or no deal this evening,as us cultural types do when son David said "I've just seen someone I know". I didn't recognise her in clothes and her hair down but David swears its Katie Ingram. That was before he saw the nametag or knew she was from Chorley, so I guess he must be right as she goes in his shop dressed like that. Can anyone confirm?
I could have sworn I saw someone on strictly come dancing who's paid a bucket load of lottery cash (podium level) to be a professional athlete but has got injured dicking around on reality TV....

And yet, Chrissie Wellington wins her 3rd World Championship Ironman, in world record time, the pinnacle of endurance fitness, doesn't get a mention.

I saw Katie Ingram yesterday, running the Abbey Dash 10k road race in Leeds. She was 2nd female finisher in a field of 6,000 so well done Katie !
If my informers are correct, Katie's game is due to be shown on 8th December, but we're not allowed to know how much she won.
