Yeah! Braised in white wine with shallots. A dollop of craime fraiche at the end. Chuck some wilted spinach at it and some basil if you want. Heavenly!

Easter Dinner was turkey with braised leeks (same way as with fennel) roasted broccoli with walnuts and pecorino cheese and courgettes braised with rosemary. Fab! No potatoes/rice/pasta but non needed. I'm full!!
