Yeah but what about all the fun you could have with cake and sticky toffee pudding and mash and pasta and bread and all the good stodgy things and of course current fav banana cake!
Fennel indeed! Don't bring any bloody fennel on the run tomorrow, the sheep will chase you!

Do people actually cook stuff like this?
It reminds me of those absolute shite M & S adverts... (Posh home counties accent)... "This isnt just fennel, this is hand grown, organic, Wiltshire fennel, braised in Rejon Val Dierre white wine with BLAH BLAH BLAH.."

It got the ladies going, mind!

People not only cook like that, they live on the stuff. M&S is for wa**ers. Buy your produce from good local providers, learn to cook and enjoy a whole new, yummy way of life!
Easter Dinner was turkey with braised leeks (same way as with fennel) roasted broccoli with walnuts and pecorino cheese and courgettes braised with rosemary. Fab! No potatoes/rice/pasta but non needed. I'm full!!

Cravings... 250g slab of Dairy Milk, normally the night before a race.
Also, love curries, only about once a week though.
All fine when fit but when injured/ill, up goes the weight as a result!

Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.
