    Look, intolerance is to be utterly deprecated. Foxes? Love 'em, let 'em live. Peter Mandelson? Oh, he's not so bad really.

    I live on the edge of the peaks and there are plenty of steep hills on trails or road, like the one that goes up Werneth Low. Just as steep as the run up catbells anyway (which is the only fell run I've done this year) - they just don't last as long which is easier on my back.

    no running is better than " treamill running " my god theres people in my gym who run for hours on the things " get outside "
