I think they where anti-inflammatory, but they didn't do anything.
Been back to the Docs this morning and I now have to have my shoulder injected, which he said will mean no running for 2 weeks after the injection!!
He wanted to do it this morning, but I've got Belmont Winter Hill Saturday and then the following weekend Buttermere Sailbeck, so I now need to find a 2 week slot when I've no races!!
