Tonight driving along to suddenly see a chap running with the flow of traffic , totally in black on the road , next to the pavement. How he got home is anyones guess. I think people like this give runners in general a bad name . Maybe he had a death wish.

At my club we have a hard core of runners who wear dark colours in winter & despite frequent warnings NEVER dress otherwise, they just laugh at our advice to wear something bright.
