    We battered the tykes last night. I was grateful that Yorkshire sucumed to defeat in only the 11th over, otherwise my hangover would have been much worse this morning.

    Old Trafford is looking perfect for next weeks ashes.

    146 for 3, a steady start by the Aussies but that third umpire decision to dismiss Khawaja caught behind was a bit out of order!
