    Running to the limits

Some time back there was a lot of discussion about Alex Vero and his Road to Beijing project. Could a 16 stone smoker make the GB Olympic team?

Several forums had long discussions about it,

The culmination of the project is available on Channel4,

If you've got 50 minutes to spare it's worth a watch.

I cannot afford to waste 50 minutes of potential training time
Frequent but moderate workouts on a consistent basis are the key to success

    Now that would be interesting.

Brings us back to the question being discussed a few weeks back: is the BGR record (and other long distance fell records) beatable?

Look beyond the fell running community and I bet there'd be one or two who could come close...if they wanted to.
