    The race is duddon valley on the 5th june. There is a long route listed at 20miles/6000ft (garmins say about 18 miles so ive heard) and a short route of ....i shall have to find out.
    You dont have to do either the long or short race but could just go for abit of a social trot.
    Then, its time for a curry and a dance in the loft.

    MG will be a currier and a lofter but not sure about the other. I would like to be a Duddonist racist so will have to see nearer the time if I think my legs will get me round. Otherwise I shall be a socialist.

    the short duddon is 9-3000ft as a few members from wharfedale did it last earlier this year.
