I havent met you Stef - but I'm a real fan of ladies doing the bob graham - (I'm convinced women can cope better of over long distances than men!) so I've just joined up to twitter! and I'm one of your followers now! - i cant imagine you'll be able to tweet while you are running - you have to concentrate on 'keep moving dont stop' I'm keen to know how the incredible linda gets on too! Go GALS!

actually i realise cos i dont have an i phone I'd have to log into the computer to get the email twitter updates - and someone will have updated the forum with them same info wont they - so i could just look at the forum - well at least I've had a go of moving into twitterdom

The twitter was set up mainly for work colleagues as I don't want to tell them about the forum. I've not used it before either so I've taken a leap into twitterdom too. I have a crew member who will be twittering whenever possible, he's not a forumite.
