Think ive only run this once before. I reckon its been at least 10 months since i raced last and although im not very fit at the moment, im going to do this.
Just wondering who else is having a go and how do other forumites rate this race?

It's a good race Baz. Unfortunately it clashes with Llangynhafal Loop which is also good and an opportunity to run in the area where the FRA Relays will be this year.

I ran last year. Apart from being woefully unfit and talentless at fell races, I really enjoyed it.
