No, you are still the owner of said results, and get thanks for sending them on the page of the results. He just hosts them for you.
What happens if a get given a printed copy of the results that Graham has done, with no such copyright warning on them and then copy them and distribute.
What if I use the ones in AW etc.
I am sure that this would be unenforceable, and knowing both Graham and John quite well, would have thought they are clauses they publish just to cover themselves a little.
I'd be surprised if either would ever have a problem with Brett using info from them.
But I accept no responsibility for any court cases that may result in my advise being followed or otherwise appertaining to said parties and the publishing or otherwise of any results eminating from their websites or elsewhere...
Bloody hell, I thought the results pages on the FRA site were a good idea. I really asked for some help in collecting results that would build up into a decent resource for FRA members. One place where runners could see race results over the years.
I've spent hours and hours getting results, after reading all this I think I'll delete the lot.

Why not tell organisers if they don't supply results this year, they don't get a listing next year - soon get their act together.

I just think that results for fell races should be on the FRA site. I'm quite happy to put a link to the race or club site next to the results hosted on this site, but these change over a period of time.
They're good as gold, diamond geezers the lot of them.
