I enjoyed marshaling last night and a chance to watch the junior races. Great to see some talented youngsters having fun

Bob is correct on the technical side of things, I was using a Canon 1D3 with a 70-200 f2.8 lens set wide open using mostly the 80-100mm focal length. It was pretty dark!
As for Al Fowler's request I will have a look at the details for the Winter Hill Fell Race - coincidentally I am crossing darkest Lancashire on Sunday to go to the rugby at St Helens so I'll see how the times match up.

true i just waddled by without a care in the world..
ta brett, a good production as always, it seemed a far bit easier in the daylight...
weather forcast was almost bang on!.. unsure what laurel and hardy were doing during the race aka woger & pudgy..
did they both go to the pub half way thru or smat??
