    Thanks for replying. I did run on the bike tracks but it was dead quiet on Saturday and I passed 4 people in 12 miles! (they were pushing their bikes ) Will probably stick to getting up onto the moors on future busier days though!

    MKM - with a lot of the social runs it'll be a case of plenty of stops at stiles, trigs, places to admire the views (if the clag isn't down), etc.
