That sounds like the one I tried last year, egged on by a helpful marshal, and I decided afterwards that following the wall would have been quicker!

The marshall was right, but if you have not recced the route stick to the wall it's always a cert but not the fastest

Get real Tom. Karl is a physio and as such will have followed a perfect rehab programme.
He would leave you in his wake.

PS You might just beat me with your sprint finish but you would get lost on the way round and I would take the fast lines
