I've a spreadsheet of the three days results, should anyone feel the need to be a geek like me and view it in overall or day result versions... send me a pm if you'd like a look too...
Bit of a change in format this year.......
There is even time to recover between races!!!
If you don't know already.....
Three Days in May - isn't quite as usual! The three races will be run over three weekends as follows

In the spirit of Mount Famine, here is a quick report of a run up and down a hill. (This one is Lantern Pike)

Thanks to Mr LuvShack for sharing the luv with us all.
I have photos for anyone interested - send me yr number and email and I'll get them to you. Think, given the small field, I have a photo of most people.
Also took a few of the juniors race.
Nice report, Cyclops. What you didn't see was Dan's technique for overtaking Chris Leigh. He sort of dived, rolled, slid, got up again, and there he was in first place! Well done Dan - his first race win in a Pennine vest.
Well done, especially, to all the kids in the junior race. They (mostly) loved splashing through the beck on their race.
Just to say....
A Very Big Thank-you to all who really make the Lantern Pike Dash happen...
The course is over mainly private land -it's great to have the willing support of those giving their permission..
Also - the very able KFR Team - who sort the Registration & Results... Flag & Marshall the more than unusual Senior & Junior courses...
Plus - despite the bonkers weather (Lashing Gales & Torrential Rain + Bright Sunshine too!!!), I'm pretty certain there was plenty of enjoyment to be had!
Results & more are appearing in what has become the usual place http://www.cs.man.ac.uk/~temples/hc/ (thanks SteveT:wink
AND OF COURSE......
DON'T FORGET THIS FRIDAY......"DAY 3"...OF THE MADNESS....
ANOTHER CHANCE TO SAMPLE THE DELIGHTS OF LANTERN PIKE SUMMIT..
FROM A LESS STEEP ANGLE.......Heeee....Heeeeee..
IN HAYFIELD MAY QUEEN FELL RACE....
FRIDAY 27th - 7.30pm.....
FROM THE VILLAGE FIELD - BEHIND THE SCOUT HUT.....

Congratulations to Dan Chan, of Pennine, who is the overall winner of the 3 Days In May race series.
Full results will be up on Steve's site pretty soon, no doubt - http://www.cs.man.ac.uk/~temples/hc/
Congratulations to all the juniors in tonights Hayfield May Queen race. There were some stunning performances and I think some of the elite runners in 10 years time will find some very fast youngsters snapping at their heels.
