    They are good photos, thanks Shaun. When I clocked you I tried to smile but couldn't quite manage it. Glad to see I wasn't the only gurner. Manhar looks seriously fierce! Thanks Des and all the ace marshalls! Bad luck to Nick who enjoyed the race so much he put on an extra loop!!!

    is there a route map available for Wormstones race next week? or a description of the route at least?

    who's gonna be there?

    I've just dropped off the KFR Race Kit with Des,
    So, all should be set for next Weds' eve,
    Tis' a cracking course..
    I'll be there....

    I'll be there too. I've never done this one, despite it being the race which inspired me to take up running (having come across a bunch of lunatics - many now my friends - bombing down from Harry Hut whilst I was out walking in 2008).

    Don't know how this is going to look, but this is a photo of the route...

    Oh yes, it goes up to Wormstones first, then Harry Hut and across to Whitely Nab.

    has the route changed? I did this in 2007, I think, and the course was different...

    Yes, it used to go up to Harry Hut then swing left across the moor and back down to Gnat Hole (starting & finishing at the Fire Station).
