    Back on the road again

    Going to be doing a bit of road stuff for a little while.

    Yes I've been doing quite a bit, got a road race in 3 weeks!!!!!

    I did a 20 mile off race on Sunday and I'll be at the Roaches. Certainly not going over to the dark side but a bit of road keeps the speed and tempo up. mix and match...

    ..and the road race is in you neck of the woods...and it's certainly not flat as road races go..Snowdon marathon.

    I'm doing Brid half and probably Luton marathon. Going to do a bit of x country in between.

    Whens the Brid Half? my dad lives in Brid and the inlaws live in Hornsea so this would be easy to slip up to.
