    One thing about LZ. They were damn good at identifying old blues songs to plagiarise and then rob the writers out of any royalties.

    Yup they were, but got a bit of payback in the "wild west" era of hip hop sampling when groups would sample freely without clearing them or paying royalties, Bonham's drums from 'When the Levee Breaks' being a prime example.
