Well planned DD! Carneddau is snowdonia racing at its best. It is a hell of a long drag up Dafydd with some pretty rough sections near the top. If the clag is down, the ridge run to Llewellyn can be surprisingly disorientating, if not, the views are superb. Be careful not to take too much out of yourself on the grassy plunge off Yr Elen because there is a nasty long slog back up before you reach the run in to the village. A race to savour!

Make sure you go to Morfa Nefyn on Llyn. Fabulous views of mountains plunging into the sea.
