I do regular races, running for A&T, my friends are coming up..they cant navigate..you dont need to in pboro you can see for miles..was thinking something similar to liver hill..keep it simple but on a wkend.

With Astley being only 30 miles away, and Heptonstall being a fully flagged weekend race (with beer tent and a full afternoon of live bands - including I AM KLUTE) sounds like we'll being seeing you on Saturday - your mates will have plenty of beer money - the race is £4 - entry on day (Sponsored by COPPER DRAGON)

I am KLOOT are superb. My knee has given in so I won't be racing but sounds like a great day all round. Do you know what sort of time there on? Hope it all goes well.
