Yep they do. I'm not sure using the other bikes was a good idea after spending 3 weeks racing on a different set up, and the months before training on that set up. Though I imagine they were geometric matches to there dogma's, I still imagine they will feel different - not that I think this played a part in there defeat.
I wonder if they had team radios whether they would have let the break away get so far ahead so late in the race, or whether they'd have been told the gap and reeled it in earlier?
