I tried buying the DVD but you need to give your Spanish ID card number! Also, the DL is in .mov format which I can't view on my Linux machine.

There might also be a set number of viewings for the DL too which, if true, would be the biggest fail for them.

Agree, I tried too, interesting that when you try to translate the "terms and conditions" re using your personal info into English, nothing appears on the screen:sneaky:

I just put my passport number in for the ID section. Have bought the DVD and am currently downloading it. Cant wait!!

They've just let me know that you can, in fact, out any old number in the ID section. I'll go for something nonsense rather than using anything sensitive.

I've finally managed to order the Friends of... set (DVD, sticker, shirt) after seeing that bloody validation error all day. Just going to wait by the letterbox over Xmas.....

Anyone else having problems with the download?
I purchased it through Paypal last night, watched the 1st 5 mins on the Ipad to check it had worked - tried again today to get an error message saying I'd exceeded my download limit

now sorted, reply from Spain :thumbup:

Yes it can be done, but the download must be done only from a computer and then you keep it on your hard drive or wherever you want. Find below your link with the counter reset. If you have any further issues please let us know.


​moral of the story is that even after spending too much money on an Ipad I still need my old and slow laptop....
